I keep stretching to think of who else as Darcy might work for me, but I can’t stop from coming back from dark, curly-haired Colin Firth!

I understand. My Mr Darcy is Laurence Olivier from the terrible 1940 adaption.

Shy in social gatherings, but animated and engaging with people he knows and trusts.

Isn’t that why we love him?

Who’s the guy, though, Amy? We’re dying to know! He does that t-shirt fine.

It’s Sam Worthington (of “Avatar” and “Manhunt: The Search for Unabomber”). And he makes the grey tee shirt look easy, doesn’t he?

Very nice but not my Darcy. His hair isn’t dark enough. I must say though I wouldn’t mind him holding me tight😉.
However I will stick with Colin, Matthew and/or Richard Armitage.
I will admit that I did study this really hard before I made my decision. 😋

Those are acceptable Darcy’s also. 😉

I love when a modern day Darcy can be comfortable in every day clothes like a t-shirt and still turn heads …

I blame Fox Mulder (David Duchovny, “The X Files”) for my grey tee shirt obsession. Believe me when I say my own personal DH avoids grey tee shirts when has things to do! fans self

Great pic Amy – a fine modern candidate for Darcy! 🙂

Thank you! I tend to go against the grain with my Darcys. (Shhh. Though Colin is a fine choice, he’s just not my Darcy.)

Ooh, I like the idea of Darcy as a secret romantic!

I’ve always thought of him as the sort of man that women are surprised by. They suspect he’s devoted and a decent lover and are blown away when he remembers she loves peonies and vanilla pudding and makes her toes curl with just a kiss.

Yet another stunning Darcy! Looking forward to this story!

It’s sort of like Darcy shopping, isn’t it?

        I like that: Darcy shopping.
