Jan Hahn’s stories, An Arranged Marriage and The Journey are now in Meryton Press’s publishing queue. JanH fans can look forward to acquiring their copies in 2011 with An Arranged Marriage due to come out in July and The Journey in October. Ack!!!!!!! I posted this on my wall last night on fb after I did my own little happy dance! JanH to be published. All is good in the world. I was so excited I went to my own PDF of Arranged Marriage to read it again and was reminded of some of my all time favorite Darcy&Elizabeth scenes: Darcy translating the Italian for Elizabeth at the opera; Elizabeth letting the carriage shade fly when Darcy had a hang-over; E sleep walking and finding herself in the most surprising places; D returning to Pemberley in time for the Harvest Ball… I cannot wait to get my hands on my very own book copy so I can comfortably read this most enjoyable book in bed and avoid getting a neck&shoulder cramp from reading on the desktop. AWESOMEness.

“The Journey” is one of my all-time favorites, an annual read, as I love the adventure that bonds Darcy and Elizabeth. Congratulations on your book. Well deserved.

Heard it through the grapevine that your outstanding works were slated for publication. Finally found the source and all I can say is I hope I can get mine in a leather binding. Can’t wait for my copies and to be able to send them for a signature from Jan herself. My comments at DWG only reflect a miniscule amount of the deep admiration I feel for your prose Jan.
